NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A 35-year-old man was arrested in reference to an assault on an Asian man in Manhattan.
Police stated Alex Antoine punched the 48-year-old man within the head and made anti-Asian statements.

It occurred again in Could close to 26th Avenue and Broadway.

Investigators stated Antoine is seen in surveillance video launched after the assault.
